RETURNS
If the item you have bought does not suit you for some reason, you can return it within 30 days of the ship date.
To be eligible for a return, all item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached and not tampered with.
To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return to receive a return label. Place the pre-printed return label on the outside of your package. Please note that the return label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, any shipping charge paid by you is non-refundable.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Note: Final sale and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
DAMAGED DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please contact us within 48 hours upon receiving to get a replacement.
Note: Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses during shipping or other mishaps from happening. Our store will not be held liable to any misdirected shipments.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made before receiving a confirmation that your order has been shipped out. Please contact us by replying to the original purchase confirmation email and let us know that you wish to cancel the order.
Once your order has been shipped out, we will not accept cancellation and you will have to follow our return policy.
